With nearly 20 years of experience in Pilates and physiotherapy, Amanda is passionate about transforming the way the world moves through the Pilates Method. Amanda’s extensive work from post operation recovery, injury rehabilitation to strength training, and her dedication to wellbeing and injury prevention have made her a trusted expert in her field.
DEMI ALDRED
Demi trained professionally as a dancer and, after personally overcoming a knee injury, turned to Pilates to maintain strength and mobility. Her journey has shaped her deep understanding of technique and rehabilitation, and she now shares her knowledge to help others achieve their best through the power of structured movement.
MIRIAM BREMER
Miriam Has enjoyed an extensive career as a professional dancer, having trained at Elmhurst Ballet School. With over fifteen years of experience, Miriam has worked with a diverse range of clients, guiding them to improved mobility and strength. Holding a degree in psychology with a focus in sports psychology, she is committed to exploring the vital connection between the mind and body.
